Yoopers Cali Common

I brewed Yooper's Cali on 8/16/15. I was going to bottle next weekend but I will be out of town. Will it be ok if I bottle tomorrow? I dont keg and it's been in primary for three weeks.

Well i am very new to this, but all the posts I've read, 3 weeks is good, or leave it bottle when you return.

Check if your fermentation is done by taking hydrometer readings now, and tomorrow. If its the same, probably done fermenting (especially after 3 weeks), and then you are OK to bottle.

 

[Subdivisions]

Are you following the fermentation schedule in the recipe? If so then you can leave it for another week or two in the 50s and it should be fine. It calls for a 4 week fermentation.
