Hey all, I'm wondering what yeast strain is used in the collaboration Texas Brown Ale by Bear Republic/Fat Head's/Stone. Is it just their normal yeast? Or something different? Going to save some from the bottle so I'm curious if anyone knows exactly what it is. Thanks. Also feel free to turn this thread into a discussion of your opinion on the beer.
