yeast starter ?

so i reharvested yeast last week and plan on brewing tomorrow so right now im making a starter..my question is that i have some clumps of yeast at the bottom of my mason jar...did something bad happen, its is worth try to pitch? at this time im cooling my mini wort down so i sort of need some feedback asap . thanks guys:mug:
 
just read some old topics about clumps in yeast , forgot to mention that i just took the harvested yeast out of the fridge... is there a correlation there?
