Hello All!
I'm plan on brewing an Imperial Amber tomorrow with an OG of 1.090. Will a 1L starter with 1pk of US-05 suffice?
1L or 2L starter?
1pk or 2pks of US-05?
I'm using a stir plate, 24hrs before pitching. This will be my biggest brew to date. Any advise will be much appreciated. Thanks!

It's not really the number of packs that you throw in. It's the strength of the starter.

You don't want a super strong starter because that could stunt the growth of the yeast. 1.040 should be strong enough to get the yeast moving.

Thanks all! Here's to a Labor Day-Brew Day tomorrow[emoji482]
