hi all , ok i made astir plate and bought a 1liter flaskand got some dme . what is the steps to make the whole thing work.will a yeast starter work with dry yeast?what is the time frame to get a starter ready to use on brew day.thanks for your help
I make mine 24 hours ahead and pitch it at high krausen. You can also do it 3-4 days ahead, let the yeast settle out, pour off the liquid and just pitch the slurry.
