Not that I think any things wrong with the starter I made, I just think this was a cool thing to wake up too this morning. I made my starter with wyeast 1010 smack pack 2 cups of water to 1/2 cup DME. Put 1/2 teaspoon of diammonium phosphate, spring cell, and magnesium sulphate in there. Boiled it for 10 minutes And then put it all on my stir plate. I wake up this morning to find a foamy growler with the stir plate spinning away. First time I've seen it usually I don't get any foam just a few bubbles. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1403355038.207657.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1403355060.488809.jpg
