I was just about to bottle my strawberry blonde. When I took the towel off to get ready to rack, there were yeast rafts all up it's grill. Yesterday, there were none.
I know nothing is wrong with my beer at all and I am going to bottle as per usual, but what would cause yeast rafts to form over night when the beer has been 100% clear of them for the past month?
