what's the deal with yeast storage and prep. For my brew this weekend I am using Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast. I refrigerated it upon arrival to my house. Now what ???
Make a starter using Mr. Malty pitch rate calculator..
You don't need a starter for dry yeast.
And just read the instructions on the pack. It'll tell you basically what Ehrman said. Goodluck!
