i just got my first batch into the fermenter. problem is, i made up my dry yeast a bit sooner than i should have i guess and it ended up sitting (without stirring) for about 30 mins instead of the 15 the package said. i pitched it anyway. is this going to be a problem you think?

I sometimes pour my 75ish degree wort into the hydrated yeast within 15-20 min. Then pitch it once i cool the wort to 65.I think the reason they say 15 min is so hydrated yeast doesnt cool naturally which is not so good for it as gradually getting it to ferment temp with the wort and not shocking it somewhat.
