Hey fellow brewers, I'm new to the game with only 4 extract brews under my belt. I have an idea for an experiment involving brewing 5 Gallons of wort, then putting each gallon in a separate fermenter and pitching each one with a differnet strain of yeast. Is this plausible? Has it been before with disastrous results? If not, what are some good yeast strains to try for a pale ale?
