Yeast makes alcohol in your stomach

Never heard of this condition, I always thought consuming some yeast was good for your health. Would drinking a few pints of star san take care of it?

I can't possibly see how yeast could colonize the stomach, a bit low in pH there, isn't it?

I imagine they must be in the intestines. These people must have some serious gas.

It's actually the probiotics in the intestines which are needed and beneficial to good health. Everybody has some alcohol in their blood from them, the condition in the article people churn out overtly large amounts. Must have high gravity poop.

I wonder:
-- do you have to make a stomach starter?
-- how do you aerate the wort in your stomach with oxygen without burping? Or should you just jump up an down and roll on the floor if you don't have pure O2?
--how do you control your stomach fermentation temps? Put on a wet t-shirt and stand in a tub of cold water with a fan blowing on you? Stand in a refrigerator?
--Do you dry hop by just swallowing a few hop pellets? If so, should they be bagged or loose? Should you tie dental floss to the bag and tie it to your tooth so you can retrieve it to avoid grassy flavors?
--Do you check your specific gravity with a urine sample?
--The dump valve is truly a "dump" valve!
--Do you carbonate it by drinking soda water? Inhaling CO2? Swallowing LME/DME?
-- Where do you get a ball lock adapter for your catheter?
So many questions!

Why can't I end up with this?!!! Quite possibly the best way to brew without oxidizing!
