Got my second batch sitting in our spare room with the AC on and the room temp is 70. Hope it is ok, working on a wort chiller, got a free 5 cuft chest freezer to turn into a chiller.
Now on to the issue. I used a packaged liquid yeast the first batch and didn't have any issues. This time around I used a glass tube yeast that I took out of the fridge 3 hrs prior to pitching and when I opened it up even slowly it went everywhere.
Any tips as to how to keep that from happening again, or is it the nature of the beast.
Thanks,
