I finally cracked one! Basic honey wheat! Delicious, tiny bubbles, very clear, etc!! Everything turned out great but it seems as though I have the neverending yeast! I have a little at the bottom of the bottles. Perhaps time in another conditioning carboy?
P.S. I followed the 1-2-3 rule.:mug:

You must realize that with bottle conditioned beer you will always have sediment on the bottom of the bottles.

The bit of sediment at the bottom of your bottles is perfectly normal, and actually unavoidable when you bottle condition/carbonate. The process depends upon having some yeast in the beer, to digest your priming sugar and create carbon dioxide. When they're through with their meal, they drop to the bottom. Very polite of them, I feel.

Just pour gently and continuously, and stop when you see the sediment heading for the lip of the bottle. With practice, you'll only leave a tiny bit of beer in the bottle.
