Sunday I brewed everything went good for a change. My og ended up at 1.066. I am wondering if Nottingham yeast, dry unfortunately but it was hydrated, will make the journey to the end with out any issues? And at what point would a beer be considered "big" ?

A gun without ammo is just an expensive club.

Your Notty will most likely do the job. Has very good tolerance to high ABV levels. Check out the Wiki section for specs.

I consider beers at 1.060 and up to be big beers.

Two packs of yeast would be best if this is a 5 gallon batch of beer.
 
I used Nottingham on a scotch ale with and og of 1.076 and it finished in 4 days to 1.019 fermenting at 64 deg. Id say you'll be happy with one pack hydrated.
