So I pulled out a bottle of my APA that I bottled last weekend and threw it in the fridge this morning (I like to sample my batches during the carb process).
Got home from work 20 minutes ago and I have 1 swig, nay, 0 swigs left. Delicious, balanced, hop character is subtle, but present. Extremely well balanced (It's Jamial's recipe).
Surprisingly, it poured out with a 2 finger head after a week. Probably because my conditioning area (basement) has been 75-80 during the past week. Damn old houses and their sub-par insulation. Perhaps I should be celebrating that instead, as my beer is fully carbed
