Yet Another Cider

Just threw this in the hopper..

5 1/2 gallons Simply Apple apple juice (no preservatives, raw apple juice)
1 + lb wildflower honey (enough to bring OG up to 1.060
1 can apple juice concentrate (figured what the hell...)
Danstar Windsor British ale yeast

Fermenting at 66ºF

Hoping for a nice dry cider. Will keg and force carb it after it sits in secondary for about 5 months.

Racked on to 4oz medium toast American Oak cubes soaked in Bulleit Bourbon. Will let it sit in secondary for a few months, rack into a keg when it clears.
