We are collaborating with homebrew icons and top-rated hobby podcasters Denny Conn and Drew Beechum to bring you the Wyeast Private Collection strains for 2017. We are kicking off the year with some of our favorite British-style strains in honor of The Session Beer Project founded by Lew Bryson. If you’re not already familiar, The Session Beer Project – and Session Beer Day on April 7th – is a globally recognized effort to popularize and support the brewing and enjoyment of session beers. Anything coming in at 4.5% ABV or less and crafted for easy drinking without compromising flavor are the basic guidelines for a great session ale. Let’s raise a pint to these thirst-quenching brews!
