Have a smack pack of Wyeast greenbelt strain that is refrigerated at 40 degrees, do I names to let this warm to room temp before smacking?
 
The instructions suggest letting the pack sit for three hours after smacking, I assume if you are smacking straight out the frig you are waiting longer than three hours to pitch?
