I'm gonna make my millions with my new invention. It's a sound-proof kid caddy. Like a pet-caddy, but for little bastard demon spawn who can't keep their goddamned traps shut...and it's soundproof.

Are you gonna rent them out at the mall or sell them outright?

I'll team up with you and run the rental division :)

I don't want to 'admire' them running around and screaming either. Have some respect and teach your kids some discipline.

I was just at Target a few days ago and there was a woman with a cartful of kids. One was being a little a$$ and her response was to whine at him to stop. My cousin does the same thing and her kids are mental too.

Why do people drive through a fast food place and then eat in their car parked in the restaurant parking lot?

It's not full inside, they don't appear to be in a hurry, what gives?

Hey, I do that! Well, sometimes. Other times I go in and get my stuff to go.

I often find that fast food places smell uncomfortably similar to Wal Mart or Target inside. That's why I avoid going in.....besides, my car is quieter and more confortable. I can just kick the seat back and have a nap after downing a big greasy burger. :D

Definitely not knocking it, just different strokes for different folks I guess. To me its just a little cramped, no table, etc. in a car -and I like to keep my car as clean as possible.

"Also the fact that stores were already putting up Christmas items before Halloween is JUST F'N RIDICULOUS!!"

Man, I saw some shops putting up Christmas displays in AUGUST!! Costco was one and Zellers (in Canada) was another.

I have a number of rants today:

1. Continuation of the early Christmas displays in stores: Yesterday, I went back to the Lowes that had Christmas displays set up on October 12. All the Christmas stuff is on clearance now. Its not even December yet and its all on clearance! I guess it pays to wait until the "traditional" shopping season.

2. I went to buy more footie pajamas for my 22.5 month old daughter. She is in between 18 month and 24 month sizes. (She has the height for 24-month size but not the weight.) At Sears, there are only three pair of pajamas in the 24 month size. Apparently they think kids go straight from 18 month to 2T. (For those of you without kids. 18 month size is for 20 - 24 lbs, 27" - 30" tall kids. 2T is for 26 - 30 lbs., 33 - 34" kids. It takes a kid about a year to go from 18 month to 2T.)

3. Why are 90% of cloths for girls either pastel or pink and most both? Girls can wear bold colors. Girls can wear something besides pink. I went to the boys section just I could get her some red, blue, and green pajamas.

4. Let me preface this by saying, I'm a very socially liberal guy. But even I think it is vastly inappropriate to make hoochie-mama cloths for 2 to 4 year old kids. Pastel pink and leopard print boots and snow suits in 2T - 4T sizes? I want my daughter playing in the snow not picking up Johns on a street corner. WTF is wrong with you people?

5. WTF, KISS toothbrushes? Why the hell do they think that kids are so desperate to listen to KISS that they want it paying in their toothbrush? Okay, 20 or 30 years ago if the technology existed. But are kids today really that into KISS?

6. John McCain has ABBA on his iPod? Okay, ABBA was popular. If you have an ABBA record or tape kicking around your collection, that is okay. It means you liked them back then. If ABBA is on your iPod, it means you liked them enough to buy it yesterday. There is nothing cool about that.

Man, you guys are about 4 years behind on the UGG boots. Personally, I think they're hot, especially with a short skirt.

Here's the new annoying car accessory out here:

-Custom decals with your kids 1) Sport 2) Number 3) Team/School
-Usually accompanied by some strange flames or something else
-This extends down to freaking pee wee football!

If I was in high school and my dad had my name and number tatooed on his car I'd have been mortified. Every parent seems to think their kid is extra special/intelligent/athletic and going to be an astronaut these days. What happened to being 'normal'?

I know what you mean, I can never find any girls clothes with airplanes on them. I normally have to buy boys clothes if I want airplanes. Girls can and are pilots too!

I don't think I'll ever understand this one. Why would you want testicles hanging from your pickup truck?!?!?!

Driving home after thanksgiving, I saw quite a few of these (especially while driving through WI).

Have you noticed what "normal" is these days? I think its slightly above "ADD" and "retard".

+1. The first homemade ones with a bag and tennis balls was funny 10 years ago, but realistic ones??? Who was responsible for that mold design?

I was just gonna mention that I have never seen those anywhere I've been in NE and I've been to rural areas in NH, VT, and ME.

I have. One place. You know where?

The parking lot at the Ben & Jerry's factory.

Something WAY wrong with that...

8 year old ********. If I wanted to see it, I'd pay the $19.95 a month to an offshore website. I don't, however, want to see it peaking at me from under an 8 year old's teeny tiny transparent skirt or shorts that have no legs. Seriously, who are these "mothers"???? In the last month I have seen no less than FIVE pre-teens with their stuff showing! I'm totally serious on this one. Walmart, restraunts, mall, etc. And it's not like they are hanging with their friends. Mom is right there helping them pick out a new teeny tiny see-through skirt. Does mom know that her daughter isn't wearing underwear?? Maybe she does. Maybe she's really proud that her daughter is a ****. At least COVER UP HER HOO-HAA! Apple doesn't fall far, does it, mom?

Okay, now I know I'm from the wrong generation. I thought all transportation vehicles: cars, trucks, planes, boats, etc., were supposed to be female.

WTF is up with people who think they need to control everyone else? recently atvs have been banned around the area (rural area), we still can only buy beer at a bar, I don't know the list goes on.

Is being able to buy beer at a grocery store really going to have any impact on drinking related problems? If anything I'd think the fact you have to buy a full case would lead to more drinking.

You are correct. Since I moved to Pennsylvania ( a great state by the way ) I marvel at the stupidity of the liquor laws especially the ones involving beer.

For example under no circumstances can you buy beer in a supermarket of convieince store. You do have to remember the following rules... cant buy less than a case at a beer "distributor" / racketering mart. Is this supposed to get you less drunk? You can however get plowed at a bar and then buy a six pack on the way out the door as they sell them by the six pack...

Is their any sense here?

I have absolutly no problem with ATV bans. I live in a canyon, 7 miles from anywhere. There is no public land anywhere near here. And yet ATV riders from the valley go trespassing all day long every freaking summer.

If you post signs, they just rip them down and claim they didn't know.

If more ATV riders had a sense of where it was appropriate for them to ride, I might have some sympathy.

Maybe because in Alaska people get killed on private land. So the State troopers are real adamant when you call and complain.
