O I've got 1.3 lbs of liquid wheat extract left over from a batch, and nothing to do with it. Its liquid so i don't want to store it. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to figure out what to make with it. Here is what I have laying around:

1.3 lbs wheat LME
Coriander
10 oz flaked oats
Blackberry flavoring for wine
Corn sugar
Windsor yeast
Wyeast 3463 wit beer yeast (cake in my current fermenter)
Some yeast in a silver package that says " beer yeast 245"

I will need to buy hops at the lhbs, and will buy dry yeast (even though i prefer not to) everything else MUST come from the grocery store. Write me a 1 or 2 gallon recipe. I will brew the most interesting and delicious sounding submission.
 
Ohh, I also have tannin, acid blend, campden, nutrient, stabilizer, and Montrachet yeast if you want to go the malt beverage route.
