My latest attempt at my english mild came out FANTASTIC. This batch was supposed to be just a quick "is everything working" batch after I moved from Ohio to Boston, but it came out great. I used Poland Springs water with modifications since I don't know my current water... Anyways, this started off as Orfy's Mild Mannered Ale, and i've made my own modifications over the years, my recent addition was the honey malt...
