Just looked down at the bottom and saw that we have 35 people who are lurking. It's hard to imagine that they all are "listening" to what we have to say.

I know what you are saying. My company just reformed their way they pay. I will be losing 10%. I still do my job how it should be done, but now I find myself slacking off at work. No more above and beyond.
