Unfortunately, that water report doesn't list any of the ions important for brewing.

Chloride
Sulfate
Alkalinity

thanks for that info. now, knowing that and how incompetent our city is, i'll keep springing for spring water.
 
If you can't find those minerals on the water company's website, try to email them with a request for those minerals, ph & total alkalinity & total hardness.

Alternately, you can order a water sample analysis. Ward Labs has their W-6 report for $16.50. There is also a link on their site to request a free sample kit.

Once you know what you got, you can use your tap water and know how it will impact your beer. (And save $$ on buying bottled water :) )
