I guys wondering if any1 will post me a sample beer as I've tried to make 3 and failed and also include a easy to follow step by step guide of a malt extract you suggest? Thanks in advance not that any1 will want to give a free beer away lol

No, probably not. First, no one has any proof of your legal age. Also, it's illegal to use the United States Postal Service to mail beer. You may work out a beerswap with someone using UPS, but without knowing where you are located, I doubt anyone would risk mailing you beer.

You can try to find a local homebrew club to exchange beers and get feedback on your own beer. That really helps.

Buying a good quality kit from a reputable brew store will guarantee sucess. One like this: http://www.austinhomebrew.com/produ...=1118&osCsid=6145702251773056dc0aaccada99fa50 in an "extract version" will work well and give you detailed instructions and quality ingredients.

kids these days. I thought he meant "post" as in the forum post. had to re-read it three times to realize he wants someone to mail it.

edit: he does have other topics posting pics of fermentation. i agree with yooper see if someone is willing to do a homebrew swap.

post your recipies and process so we can help find out what went wrong.

Didn't you just post a couple threads with pictures of a Coopers kit you have currently fermenting? That one doesn't appear to have failed - at least yet.

Lol yeh exactly but I want to know what a home brew should look feel and taste like were As I have no1 near me who does it so apart from what I read I'm pretty alone at this and it's hard when I can't get the finite product when I followed instructions and I'm located in north England lol worth a try but I suppose I'll have to wait it out and hope this one doesnt go wrong fingers crossed :p

It should look, feel and taste like a good beer. Search out some commercial examples of the styles you're trying to brew and taste them. It should be similar to those.

If it doesn't, then post up your recipe and brewing process and you'll get plenty of help.

Ok great well I'm making a coopers English bitter so to be close to that boddingtons? I'll do a bit of research on the web to try find smells and stuff for it

I take it you're in a pretty rural area by your comments. Please don't tell me you don't have a local pub that has a bitter on tap. You're ruining all my romantic notions of the English countryside. ;)

Lol yeh I am there's plenty of pubs around that sell ale and bitter but I wider if it will taste different as in fosters the Aussie lager won't taste the same as a home made lager a wouldn't of thought
