I have a glass top stove and I got it to a rolling boil which took 40 min, added lme and now i can't get it hot enough to bring back to boil so its been cooking around 208 for about two hours, do I need to start over with new wort or is it fine? And it's bubbling a little but not a rolling boil, can I add my hopps and hope for the best?
 
Do u have a lid on it? Might help to get it to a better boil. But you'll need to keep an eye on it so u don't boil over.

Make the investment in a turkey fryer. Its well worth it.

I've always heard putting a lid on it due to condensation could result in off flavors
 
You can probably hold the boil if you remove the lid when boiling. You're probably fine as is.
 
Okay removed half of wort put in second smaller kettle I have got that boiling and then got other half boiling combined two and put lid on top wiping condensation off every couple minutes, will this be okay since I've had it cooking around 208 degrees for two hours??
 
I've found just putting the lid on 90% helps keep enough heat in without completely stopping evaporation.

If you have a big enough kettle, you can always try to stick it over two burners, as well. Careful on that, though.

I just put the hops in only the lme and water or wort has been cooking for that long
