I use it. It's ok for smaller batches, but it takes forever to cool when I use my larger kettle (6-7 gallon batch in 15 gallon kettle). I'm going to be changing to a CFC most likely, or buying a fountain pump to use in a bucket of ice water with this pump.

One thing I noticed is that if you have the water pressure too high, it squeezes through the worm clamps and can put unsanitized water into your cooling wort. I use an in-line ball valve on the garden hose to control the pressure.
 
I bought this one from them and love it. Cools 6 gal to 60f in 15min. My ground waters at 50f though. Copper or SS, I would highly recombined the garden hose fittings. Way better than those ****ty clamps that never seal.
