I brewed a Belgian Tripel from a kit in June. I did a primary fermentation in a 6 gallon glass carboy. It was a beautiful light cloudy color. After a month I transferred to a 5 gallon carboy for secondary fermentation. Now it has turned black after 3 weeks. It still smells fine, but I'm a little concerned. Any words of wisdom?
