Ok here's another one since the first isn't the best to put on a street sign

I think it looks pretty good. I would try just having the fish or finger in the center and not having it greyed out. What ya gonna use it for, bottle caps or as the center of your label? The reason I ask is because I would probably not do the blurred effect on the circular text if you're going to use this on something small. Maybe do 2 versions for multiple uses.
