I have a batch of apple-cider with WLP775. I checked the temperature in the room today, and it is around 50 degree Fahrenheit. It is now 30 hours since I pitched the yeast, and the air-lock is bubbling 3-4 times a minute. The question is: at how low temperature can WLP775 ferment? And if it ferments at this temperature, how long will it take to get finished?
