Made a blonde with this yeast 1.065 with all pilsner 10% sugar finished at 1.008 started at 64 raised evenly over week to hit 77. After a week the flavor was amazing classic belgium spice I let it sot in the primary for another 10 days the yeast is dropping clear and now it taste pretty clean very little spice. Anybody else experience this I guess i will not know until carbed up for a couple of weeks didnt think it would fade like that
