Anyone have any experience with WLP 545 5Belgian Strong Ale? I'm using it in a Belgian inspired braggot currently and am looking for what I can expect flavor-wise from your temperature experiences. The White Labs site suggests 66 - 72 degrees are ideal temps.

Thanks,

Just used it for first time. I cannot comment on flavor profile of the finished project since I am still conditioning on some oak for a while. I can say that attenuation was really high. OG was 1.085, I was aiming for 1.016-18 FG and it ended up at 1.011. Fermented at 68 for two weeks.
