What gauge wire (4 conducter) would I need for a run from my circuit breaker box to plug. The breaker is a 30 amp 220v. The length is around 30ft.

Ok, so 10-3 will have 4 wires?
Yes - "10-3" has 3 individually insulated conductors and one paper-shielded ground wire.
As opposed to "10-2", which is 2 and 1...
