Wine recipe

Dried currants are very cheap in our local market at present so I thought I'd try to make some wine from a couple of pounds. Does anyone have a good recipe for this endeavour?

Disclaimer: I haven't made this wine, but I have made many wines using Jack Keller's recipes, which this is. I haven't gone wrong using his recipes. Here is a link to his recipe book, free to look at and download.
