My favorite wine making book that I still go back to time and time again is The Joy Of Home Wine Making by Terry Garey. Its written well, has simple recipes, and good stories too. This book is also great for the beginner

Wild Wine Making is good if you're into trying different stuff, such as wines made from other fruits, veggies, flowers, herbs, chiles, and citrus. There's also a chapter of recipes with marijuana if you're into that. It convinced me to be adventurous with my wines. While I don't go in for the marijuana, I have made a mint-potato wine and a jalapeno-orange. I just bottled my fourth batch of jalapeno-cherry, I have a mint-apple wine that I'll bottle next week, and I just started a banana-apple to clear out the freezer.
