I understand the need for temperature control during fermentation and storage of wine...
But what about for a wine kit BEFORE it's made? I live in the desert, and if I order a kit it's likely that the juice will hit 110deg by the time I receive it. Will this negatively affect the finished product? Should I only get kits in the winter?
