wine in mini kegs

Any thoughts in storing wine in mini kegs instead of bottles.

I have a bunch of aluminum mini kegs I use for beer and am thinking when the next batch of wine is ready for the bottle I might do a keg....I appreiciate it might not last as long once I've started it but would be good for party or even a gift.

Thoughts please. I have seven days.

If I had a tank of Argon gas I would keg all my wine and only bottle it from the tap if I was giving some away. Don't know if Alum & wine works, don't see why not however. I plan to use SS kegs.
