well if i was to get a beer equipment kit wud i need to buy a special piece of equipment like a fermenting bucket just so that i could make wine? do i need other ingredinets that arent in a ingredient kit or does it come with everything to make batch? also do i have to 2nd ferment or isnt this neccessary

I would say YES. It is not NECESSARY, but maybe more DESIRED.

I answered this way because if you were to make a RED wine and make a beer afterwards the plastic primary would probably stain and could transfer flavors.

IF I were to make wine I would get one bucket dedicated for a RED and one for a WHITE.

I'd leave my beer buckets for beer alone.

Just MHO. :D

Most wine kits are for 6 gallons. Most beer kits are are 5 gallons. So the primary bucket might work for both, IF it's at least 6.5 gallons, but the carboy for a beer kit would typically by 5 gallons, too small for a batch of wine. From what I've seen, wine absolutely needs a second ferment (or aging period), many times with multiple rackings. Wine requires quite a bit more aging, in general, than most beers. (These are generalizations; l am aware there are exceptions.)
