WOW... Somehow this thread bubbled up into my view just now. I'll say that in 2014 I was dipping toes in the water with limited production scenarios.
Fast forward to now, production applications abound! In fact in my profession, I assist businesses with their transition from on-premises to Azure on a daily basis!
