WilliamsWarn D-Style Sanke Keg Washer Review?

Has anyone tried this keg cleaner? I'm looking for a cheap way to clean snake kegs and this one says you don't have to remove the spear. Its on Moreover and a few other sites. Any other suggestions?

I use a much simpler method for cleaning Snakes.. I use a wing type tap with an air compressor to force pbw through the beer out tube and let it flow out the gas port.
