Ordered 5 Keg Parka's late last week - approx. 1/3 price of KegGlove

Knew there was going to be free 6 oz Simcoe in the package, there was also a small handy dandy set of miniature scales in there as well!

Way to go... I'm a customer for life!

:mug:

I've always has fast - great service from William's ...since the 90's.

I've seen older threads generally positive for Williams Brewing.
Thought I'd share my great experience.
I've bought equipment from them in the past and have been very satisfied.
So it was time to upgrade my grain mill to a motorized unit. I didn't want to fabricate a pulley system so I bought their mill motor that attaches to the mill shaft with a coupler.
The coupler didn't fit properly, probably due to wear on the mill shaft over the years with a variable speed drill. In the process I damaged the coupler.
I called Williams and explained the problem and was willing to buy a replacement coupler since it was my fault.
They took the time to give me a workaround fix and shipped me a new coupler for free.
Now works perfectly.
Exceptional customer service! I'll be buying more from them.

Just got yet another order from them today. They've always been really responsive, they ship SUPER damn quick, and their packaging is always really well done. I got a free set of nucleated glasses w/this most recent order and they were double bubble wrapped. Each glass was in a bubble pocket, then they were taped together with really big bubble wrap. Also ordered a bottle of Star San...cuzz I needed to get over $100 and I'm kinda low anyways. The caps were tight and it was bagged up nice and tight.

(Shameless plug for @Williamsbrewing ....)

Just wanted to shout-out to Williams for becoming an HBT sponsor!!

I've been a Williams shopper for years now... (although i wish you had will-call pickup back in the day, but at least you do now!).

Any California peeps- Williams has super fast and usually free/ very cheap shipping- think 50-55# bulk sacks of grain. Compare out the door prices with all the other sites.

I am in Northern California, so take it with a grain of salt, but... give 'em a shot since they are now sponsors!

Picked up about 50% of my duotight fittings and 8mm EVA barrier from Williams over the years. Prolly half of my SS ball valves as well.

Once you get over $99, it's ostensibly free shipping, at least to Iowa.

I never pushed the envelope, most I have done was 10lb Munich, 10lb Vienna malt to get an order past the threshold.

Plus I dig the bear.
