Williamette/Mt Hood

Anyone tried this combo before? I'm thinking about a bready, malty, APA without citrus. Maybe some Goldings too? It's just what I have on hand.

i've bittered with cascade and 1 oz willemette @30 and 1ozmt hood @5 and the aroma and taste was quite nice.. but then again i had the cascades in there which throws it off a bit

Never tried the combo, but Willamette is my go to hop for non-hoppy American styles. Not sure if that helps you at all.

I just brewed an alt with these 2 and northern brewer. Came out pretty damn good IMO.
