will this sanitize

I've been extract brewing for about a year. I've always used bleach to sanatize. I just set up a 3 keg system at home and will soon be kegging for the first time. I found a container of LD Carlson Easy Clean No Rinse Cleaner that I got in my brewing kit some time back. Can I use it to sanitize or just clean the beer lines, kegs, etc. Thanks

I use Easy Clean to sanitize. 8 batches no problems yet.
