Will This POS Kegerator Work?

Hello everyone I hope to start kegging beer in the near future and i might be able to get this kegorator on the cheap. However, I know that its designed for a half-keg and not a 5-gallon soda keg. My questions are:

Will this suit my needs for one 5-gallon keg, size, etc...?

Since this an older used "POS" kegorater what other concerns should I have?

Odd are all you'll need to do is get a commercial to corny kit, and then you're good. If it works for commercial it'll work for you.

Plus, a little bit of elbow grease, and I am sure you can make that things pretty.

First concern. Considering how it's been kept in such prime, dry conditions, does the thing even work or does it short to the faucet every time you pull a beer?

The person I would be getting this from is a buddy who has told me that it has been used a few times without issue. He let me know I could take a look/try it out before I buy it.

Since I have never kegged before or set something like this up, what should I be looking for?
