I accidentally let about half the pellet hop muck slide into my fermenter when I transferred wort from the pot. Is this going to affect or damage the beer?

it'll make racking a little more annoying.

IMO/IME, it will make little, if any difference there.

I use a hop spider to keep the hop matter from going into my plate chiller. But, everything else that's in the keggle goes through the chiller and then into the fermenter. The yeast I use makes a nice compact cake on the bottom of the fermenter, so racking to serving keg, or aging vessel, is no issue. At least, that's if you know what you're doing.

I dumped everything into the fermenters for my firs five batches or so. They came out great! I filter through a strainer now to help with aeration and I have less trub when racking, but your beer is fine!
