Hi brewers,

Just after pitching the yeast on my German Bock, I closed the lid on the fermenter and installed the airlock which contained sanitized water.

While playing around with the lid a bit of the sanitized water worked it's way out of the airlock and into my brew.

Will this affect fermentation? It was probably about one table spoon of sanitize water all up.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. It's happened to me plenty of times. I've even had my wort chiller disconnect and hose water go into my wort and I was still ok.
