Will any of these work as sanitizer?

just get some Star-San and forget the rest. The price is right and you won't be disappointed.

+1 on the Starsan. Iodophor is similar to that stuff you posted, but considering the pros and cons, I'd still go for StarSan. Mix to proper dilution with distilled water and you can re-use over and over (as long as the pH remains under 3.0) and if you use a spray bottle for most applications, a small bottle will last YEARS. (disclaimer - actual length of useability will be determined by the amount of brewing you do.)

StarSan has a shorter application time for effectiveness, and won't stain your equipment and clothes. And it's tasteless so residual film (or much more) won't harm your beer.
