I am going to be making a SMaSH recipe this weekend, and it will be using 100% GWM Vienna malt.
I was going to use 10lbs for a 5 gallon batch and was wondering if a single step mash of 1 hour at 152 degrees would be sufficient to fully convert? I have read most places that it will be.
