Wild Hops Advice Please!

I have a wild strain of hops growing in my backyard. What is the best way to harvest and store. Also, for a general hop, does anyone have a simple recipe that may work?

There's no way to easily measure alpha acid in home grown hops, plus they can vary from year to year. So usually it's recommended to use them for your late additions rather than for a bittering addition.
