This is a SMASH Fuggel Vienna. I is real clear after one week in the bottle. The only thing is that is tastes kind of like chardonnay.

How is the carbonation? I find that low carbonation on low IBU beers get a little "winey" tasting.

throw some cheezits down with it and you'll have something cheesy with your winey beer.:D

What yeast did you use?

Fruity esters may be indicative of a high fermentation temperature.

Sounds interesting...

Yeah huh, how the hell are we supposed to make and educated guess on WTF is wrong with the beer without knowing the yeast.............................:drunk:

10 lbs Vienna (mashed at 154, fly sparged at 170)
1.5 oz Fuggel (60 minutes)

2 primary
2 secondary
1 week in the bottle on Friday
