Every chart I see, and every post I see, shows most people setting their keezers between 40-44 degrees, and averaging 10psi or so for set it and forget it carbonation and serving pressure
However since the day I turned my keezer on, Ive found 38 to be a good temp, but my pressure is more like 16-18psi to achieve perfect ale carbonation, and I have no issues at all with foam. My 3/16” serving lines are around 7-8ft long. I never have foamy pours, and always perfect carbonation after 1.5ish weeks. I keep my inkbird temp probe in a jar of water at the bottom of the keezer
Is something wrong here? Or should I just say “well that’s how my system works. Don’t knock it”
